Maintenance Report: Kevin checked on getting a clam bucket for the tractor for trees and debris on the road that needs to be picked up. Price from John Deere is $1,200.00 just for plumbing for the way the clam would need to be hooked up. John Deere will get back with us on the price and literature on the clam itself. Consensus was to stay with a local dealer.
Kevin went to get salt from the county and they don’t have any more to give. He will check with St. Croix County.
Chairman Report: Rich talked with the Sheriff again about the dog issues; they’ve stated there haven’t been any more dogs at large reported. Rich will keep on this.
Advanced Disposal included a 23% surcharge for environmental tax on the roll off bill that was now paid.
Rich will get a newsletter out.

Committee Report: Plan Commission meeting went well. They are working on the questions for the survey concerning the Comprehensive Plan. There is no meeting in December. Pat Smith will not be available until mid-April although she will keep in touch via email.
Fire/Ambulance meeting: They are currently waiting for the state to get permits/inspections on things. Roof could not be sprayed this fall because of temperature so by waiting until spring they are decreasing the price by $10,000. The front end of the Ambulance went out, so they had a $1,500 repair bill but everything is now fixed.
