Maintenance Report: Fire and Safety was here to check our shop. We had an extinguisher out of date and an exit sign is out as well. They should be coming to fix within a few weeks. Culverts are starting to get pretty frozen over in a few spots, Kevin will keep an eye on things and call the county for thawing, if needed. This past Thursday, we had several bags (not Town of Stanton) in the dumpster, Kevin found a name, Rich called the sheriff, they are handling things and hopefully we will hear this next week.
Chairman Report: None
Supervisors Reports: Paperwork is finished for the road we share with Lucas and has been sent in.
Clerk-Treasurer Report: Received a letter from Prochnow Assessing, he would like to schedule our Open Book and Board of Review. He would like Friday, April 27, 2018 12-2pm for Open Book and Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 7-9pm for Board of Review. According to a new Wisconsin bill being passed we are required to have them at least 7 days apart.
Plan Commission meeting was this past week. They would like to be put on the February board meeting to go over some things that they’ve been working on.
Fire/Ambulance: There is a new fire chief for the Fire District. His name is Cory Green.
New Business: Kevin’s contract for years 2018-2020. Per Bob’s request Kevin put together a County payscale and health care options with monthly premiums. The township will pay $1461.97 per month for an insurance plan, with a flat 3% pay increase. We will look at the health care review on an annual basis.
